Focus : Computerized Quickbooks and Accounting  

Entrance requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Award upon completion: Diploma

The course provides an introduction to the principles of accounting and the uses of accounting software specifically Quickbooks to keep the records of a company business transactions. After satisfactorily completing the program, the student will be able to invoice payments, track accounts, company(s) process, receivables and payables, complete checkbook adjustments, reconcile bank accounts, use online banking, complete timesheets for payroll and backup data using Quickbooks. This program prepares the students in developing their keyboarding skills, computer applications (Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint) 2010.
