an entrance exam.

The course is designed to develop customer service workplace skills such as interpersonal communication, problem-solving, working as a member of a team. Students will gain confidence needed to make effective decisions and handle customer complaints. Participants will also receive training in Microsoft Word, typing, resume prep, and job search.
Student will be provided with job placement assistance..
